General Terms and Conditions / Standard Sales and Delivery Terms

General information
Once you have finally submitted an order, it is binding. 

Delivery area
Deliveries within Switzerland only.

Delivery time
For items in stock, deliveries generally take place within 6 working days. If an item is not available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the recipient's risk.

Minimum order value
The minimum order value is CHF 10, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs
You can be confident that your items will arrive reliably and promptly. You pay the shipping contribution of CHF 7.00 for Economy and CHF 9.00 for Priority only once per order. We ship your items free of charge for orders over CHF 300.00, except bulky goods. Bulky goods always incur a shipping charge of CHF 31.

Shipping partner
Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post during normal working hours. Please choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT.

VAT
As of 1 July 2021, Bieri-LED is not liable for VAT.

Payment terms
Deliveries are made against cash, credit card or PayPal payment.

Complaints
Complaints about defects or incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be submitted to us in writing without delay, and no later than 20 days from the invoice date.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less the delivery costs incurred, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods to:

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Warranty

Electrical appliances are covered by a two-year warranty from the invoice date. There is no warranty obligation if the defect or damage was caused by improper handling, maintenance or care of the goods. The buyer can find the relevant instructions and recommendations in the enclosed information.

Important: Please keep the invoice in a safe place. Without proof of purchase, you cannot assert warranty claims.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Bieri-LED until payment has been made in full.

Damages
Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to delayed or non-delivery are strictly excluded. The colour of the products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product colour. 

Data protection
The data required for processing the transaction will of course be treated confidentially.
