Delivery time
For items in stock, deliveries generally take place within 1–5 working days. If an item is not available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the recipient's risk.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is CHF 10, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs
You can be confident that your items will arrive reliably and promptly. You pay the shipping contribution of CHF 8.50 for Economy and CHF 10.50 for Priority only once per order. We ship your items free of charge for orders over CHF 300, except bulky goods. Bulky goods always incur a shipping charge of CHF 30.
Shipping partner
Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post during normal working hours. Please choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.
